Typology of gathered data and purpose of processing
Connection or usage data: The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their standard operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols, these data will therefore be automatically collected during the use of this application.
This category of data includes the IP addresses or the computer and terminals domain names used by users, the URI/URL addresses (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (completed, error, etc.) , the cookies for which it is possible to consult the annexed cookie policy, and other parameters of the operating system and the user computing environment, including system logs and maintenance.
Data communicated by the user: the visitor / user is not required to enter any personal data within the site; personal data related to users may be received and be voluntarily and consciously transmitted by submitting requests for information to the email address indicated on the website; these data will be processed with computer and/or telematic systems, using closely related organizational and logical modalities, with the only purpose to perform the service or provision requested, attended by the controller or in some cases by the parties involved in the organization of the controller’s activities and appointed by the controller (administrative staff, assistance service staff, sales staff or computer system administrators).
The controller shall take appropriate security measures in place to prevent any unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction of such personal data.
Legal basis of the processing
The legal basis of the processing of any data communicated via e-mail to the address of the data controller, indicated on the website, is represented by the potentially precontractual need expressed when sending an enquiry and/or request for information, quotations, orders or assistance.
Recipients or any categories of data recipients
Connection data are managed only by the technical personnel in charge of processing, or by any possible person appointed for occasional maintenance operations. No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated.
The personal data provided voluntarily by users / visitors who forward requests for information or informative material, are used with the only purpose of performing the service or the provision requested and will not be disseminated outside the business context; they will be processed by the staff of the controller, who act on the basis of specific instructions from the controller themselves, in order to comply with the purpose and modalities of the processing.
The updated list of the data processors can be requested at any time to the data Controller.
Period of retention
The data provided by the user, when sending e-mails to the controller’s e-mail addresses indicated on the website are retained for the time required, according to the purposes for which they were collected and in conformity with the specific privacy statement that will subsequently be provided.
Connection data are immediately deleted after aggregation (subject to any need for investigation of offences of the Authority).
Optional provision of data
The conferment of data performed by users / visitors of the website is always optional. Users may abstain from communicating such Data, without any effects on the availability of the Service or its operation.
Rights of the interested parties
The subjects to whom the personal data refer may at any time exercise the rights provided for in Articles 15-21 of the EU Regulation 679/16, i.e.: to request access to their personal data, obtain rectification, deletion, limitation, to oppose in whole or in part their processing, by contacting the data Controller; the requests are attended at no charge by the controller, in the shortest time possible, in any case within a maximum period of one month.

Right of complaint: The interested parties who consider that the processing of their personal data, carried out in this website is performed in breach of the requirements of the Regulation, have the right to submit a complaint to the EDPS, as foreseen by art. 77 of the Regulation itself, or to appeal to the appropriate courts of law (art. 79 of Regulation).
